As joint-leader of our creative marketing department, defined and executed creative innovation to support business goals alongside partners and executive leadership. Crafted creative strategy and facilitated the execution of solutions to solve business problems in customer brand experience and corporate operations.

  • Reshaped UX and creative strategy of our proprietary loan application, PersonalApply™ (—resulting in $145MM in funded application volume in less than 10 mo. since launch

  • Designed and directed implementation of our PersonalApply rating stats app—with Slack integration—to monitor the experience through direct customer feedback. Over 10 mo. running, 98% of applicants submitted positive ratings—liking or loving their mortgage application experience

  • Maximized company-wide efficiency by directing creative execution of an internal platform organizing self-service resources and common reference material for our 500 employees nationwide
